This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Account means a unique account created for every user within Your organization to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Application refers to Revosuite, the software platform provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Benchmark Middle East, Al Thuraya 1 Tower, Dubai Media City, UAE, United Arab Emirates.
- Country refers to: United Arab Emirates
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Revosuite platform application automatically collects data like timestamps associated with using the service, location associated with using detail aids presented in the service, explicit actions performed on one or more applications/s part of the subscription like (but not limited to) actions documented on specific HCPs, process workflows, and any notes, comments or feedback needed to achieve the value identified by the service. This data is used to provide the business intelligence required by the subscription.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items, or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

We use Amazon AWS to store, process, analyze, and provide the functionality required by the subscription. Our servers are located in the following regions:
- eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany)
- us-east-1 (N. Virginia, USA)
- us-east-2 (Ohio, USA)

What does this mean for you?
When you use our service, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in any of the AWS regions listed above. We have taken appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data during these transfers, including (But not limited to):
- We use secure connections (SSL) to transfer your data.
- We only allow authorized access to your personal data.
- We regularly update access authorizations to ensure that they are not compromised.
- We may enforce 2-factor authentication using mobile numbers to further secure access to your data.
Delete Your Personal Data
We will keep your data for a limited period after your subscription ends so that you can resume your subscription without paying any setup fees again. However, you have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. If you request the deletion of your data, you will be required to pay setup fees again if you decide to resume the service.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Other legal requirements
